Project Description: This project was not just a typical structure , meticulously orchestrated to create a unique two-story hall. Split into distinct zones for storage and mezzanine offices, the design demanded efficiency and strength. Our task was to craft comprehensive documentation for every element, including precast rafts, slabs, beams, columns, and walls, to ensure optimal load transfer and structural integrity. The storage hall prioritized open space and smooth material flow, while the mezzanine offices required a robust platform for stability and occupant comfort. We expertly tailored the precast elements to meet these contrasting needs, creating a seamless transition between zones without compromising functionality. Our documentation, from general arrangement drawings to detailed shop drawings for each precast element, served as the project's roadmap, fostering efficient communication and collaboration between stakeholders. By delivering all documents on time, we paved the way for a smooth and successful construction process.
