Project Description: A value engineering study has been performed on original design maintaining the original structural system as it is based on the client requirements. The statical systems consists of hollow blocks slabs rested on cast in situ beams / columns supported by isolated footings. The new design leads to a direct cost savings of about 20% of original material costs.
