Project Description: This project involved building a new garage from scratch. The owner wanted two separate areas: a main storage room and a balcony above the garage for access from the existing house. The storage area and its foundation were made using reinforced concrete. To support the garage and balcony, extra foundations were laid for both the balcony and the supporting slab underneath. The balcony was constructed using horizontal wooden struts supported by sturdy steel sections, combining aesthetics with structural integrity.
