Project Description: A full shop drawing has been submitted for a five-floor precast concrete wall bearing residential building. Coordination between disciplines has been done using 2D drawings, as no 3D model is provided. Thorough clash detection is being conducted to ensure seamless integration and avoid conflicts between structural elements and other disciplines, eliminating potential rework. Comprehensive shop drawings are generated for each structural element, providing clear instructions and specifications for fabrication and installation. These detailed drawings serve as a guide for contractors and fabricators, guaranteeing accurate execution and strict adherence to design specifications. Through these measures, this project is paving the way for the successful development of high-quality, cost-effective, and clash-free precast concrete wall-bearing villas.
