Project Description: This project was not an ordinary structure; it was a complex combination of precast concrete and steel, requiring a high level of coordination and expertise. It was designed as a two-story industrial facility in the shape of an L-Huger. Our task was to design every element, from the general layout to detailed shop drawings, to ensure seamless integration and structural integrity. The core of the structure was formed by precast beams, columns, and walls, providing speed, quality control, and efficient assembly. Strategically placed steel members added strength for bracing and cladding, ensuring the stability of the L-shape. This combination of materials maximized efficiency and resilience, creating a strong industrial backbone. Our team provided comprehensive documentation, including general arrangement drawings for a clear spatial overview and detailed shop drawings for each element. This project demonstrates our expertise in handling complex industrial structures. By combining precast efficiency with steel strength, analyzing every connection meticulously, and delivering precise documentation on time, we successfully orchestrated a unique L-shaped symphony of materials, creating a robust and functional industrial facility.
