Project Description: This project was an architectural orchestration. Three massive, two-story halls stood side by side, each a testament to the power of precast concrete and steel. Our task was to bring them to life by creating a 3D model and meticulously documenting every element through comprehensive general arrangement and shop drawings. Precast beams, columns, slabs, and walls formed the backbone of each hall, offering speed, quality control, and efficient assembly. Steel members strategically placed in the cladding added strength and architectural finesse, creating a harmonious blend of materials. This combination ensured both construction efficiency and the resilience needed for a structure of such scale. Our team delivered a comprehensive documentation package, including a detailed 3D model for clear spatial understanding and shop drawings for each element, ensuring accurate construction. This timely delivery fostered efficient communication and collaboration between all stakeholders, paving the way for a smooth and successful construction process.
