Project Description: We faced a thrilling challenge with a large-scale precast concrete project, designing a robust industrial structure with two spans. Precast concrete offered speed, quality control, and efficiency, with beams, columns, and rafters forming the skeletal framework. The structure was designed to handle additional loads for potential future growth, ensuring adaptability and longevity. Asteel shed outside the construction site was designed as a parking shed, seamlessly connecting to the precast columns, creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing complex. Adherence to stringent Eurocode standards was paramount, with every element subjected to rigorous scrutiny and analysis. Our expertise in precast concrete design and innovative problem-solving was evident in this project, delivering a scalable industrial powerhouse that is both robust and adaptable.
