Project Description: This project involved designing two precast concrete halls , one for crane operations and the other for storage. Our goal was to balance the contrasting needs of robust infrastructure for the crane hall and functional efficiency for the storage hall. We used precast beams, columns and to provide speed, quality control, and optimized performance for both halls. The crane hall required meticulous reinforcements and built-in parts to support heavy machinery, while the storage hall utilized precast elements to maximize space and material flow. Our comprehensive documentation, including general arrangement drawings and detailed shop drawings for each precast element, facilitated clear communication and efficient collaboration between stakeholders, contributing to the project's success. This project demonstrates our expertise in creating precast structures that meet diverse needs, blending efficiency with strength, innovating within regulatory frameworks, and delivering detailed documentation on time.
