Project Description: The homeowner needed to remove two interior walls, but there was no documentation to confirm if the walls were structural. Upon inspection, it was found that the walls had already been removed. After assessment, one wall was determined to be non-structural, while the other was assumed to be structural. The slab above the walls was modeled before and after the removal to compare and determine the safety of the building in its current state.
