Project Description: This project involved constructing a large-scale facility with a unique L-shaped layout. The engineering team used precast concrete for the main structure and timber for rafters. Comprehensive shop drawings were developed to ensure perfect fit , alignment between precast ,timber components. Detailed connections were specified to guarantee load transfer and overall structural stability. Reinforcement drawings provided detailed information on the type, quantity, and placement of steel bars within the precast elements for optimal strength and durability.
