Project Description: We designed and documented a large-scale precast concrete structure with four expansive spans for an industrial project. Our mission was to deliver all general arrangement and shop drawings for every precast element, meticulously crafted to Eurocode standards. The project included four dedicated crane spans and two-story mezzanine offices, presenting the challenge of seamlessly marrying industrial strength with office functionality. We strategically utilized precast elements to maximize space for crane operations on the lower levels and create a functional office environment above. Special built-in parts within the precast elements ensured optimal load transfer, guaranteeing stability for both the industrial and office sections. Adhering to Eurocode standards, we analyzed every connection point to ensure the structure could withstand wind, snow, and operational loads. The design also incorporated elements for future expansion, allowing the building to adapt to evolving needs.
