Project Description: Constructing a medium-sized hall with multiple spans using precast concrete elements was a unique and exciting challenge. This project required the creation of long-span rafters and tall columns, some reaching nearly 20 meters in height, all prefabricated and then assembled on-site. Our team developed comprehensive shop drawings detailing every precast element, including precise measurements, detailed illustrations of connections, and comprehensive reinforcement drawings specifying the type, quantity, and placement of steel bars within each precast element for optimal strength and durability. Throughout the design process, we factored in all potential loads the hall would experience, including dead loads, live loads, and environmental loads.By accounting for all these loads, we ensured the precast elements were designed to withstand the demands of the intended use and local environmental conditions, guaranteeing the hall's long-term performance and safety.
