Project Description: This project presented a challenge: a single-span precast concrete structure divided into two zones. One area served as a storage hall, while the other housed mezzanine offices. Our mission was to design the entire structure and provide detailed documentation for every precast element. We used precast rafts, columns, and walls to create the framework. For the storage hall, our focus was on maximizing open space and movement. The mezzanine offices required a stable platform to support their weight and ensure occupant comfort. We tailored the precast elements to meet these contrasting needs, creating a functional and versatile structure. Special built-in parts within the precast elements facilitated seamless connections, ensuring stability in both zones. We also incorporated innovative solutions to optimize weight distribution and space utilization. This project demonstrates our expertise in designing flexible and efficient precast structures. By blending storage and office functionalities, adapting precast elements to diverse needs, and adhering to rigorous standards, we delivered a dual-zone hall that is functional and robust. This achievement showcases our commitment to innovative solutions that optimize space and maximize value, laying the foundation for successful projects that cater to diverse requirements.
